Get physical
Exercise is a great way to de-stress, and a great way to cut down on carbon emissions when we choose to walk or ride our bikes instead of driving. Physical activity can be almost anything - from gardening to golfing to running marathons and triathlons. No matter what you're doing, make sure you enjoy it. My favourite ways to get active are listed below, but are in no way inclusive.

These are my preferences for solo ways to de-stress, but some prefer being with others while doing so. You can try taking a group fitness class, the adult swim at a local public pool, or go to the gym.
